favicon.ico is a Windows format.  You should put these resolutions into yours:
16x16, 32-bit colors
32x32, 32-bit colors
48x48, 32-bit colors

put these in the header:

<link rel="icon" type="image/gif" href="animated_favicon1.gif">

• When I go to a chapter, and click "edit" next to a language header, I get a 404 error, because the link points to "http://tactileint.com/index.php?..." instead of "http://tactileint.com/cw/index.php?..."
